Fast and courteous, as always.

April 16th 2025 I went in to take my class 6 road test. I was super nervous as it was, plus the fact it was freezing cold out today along with snowy conditions. My tester Jeff was a super nice guy and was very calm about everything. I would highly recommend this place to anyone taking a road test. The staff was very friendly afterwards too, as they let me warm my hands, take my time, and allowed me to get comfortable after the test. I'm pretty sure I had minor frost bite on my hands, lol. It was a great experience apart from the cold. In my honest opinion, people who are leaving bad reviews, either don't take the time to follow directions, as there are lots of things you have to have in order before your test, or they just fail. These testers are essentially looking out for your safety and mine buy keeping idiots off the roads. God knows, there's a lot of them here in Lethbridge. I'm sure a few of them also are the ones leaving bad reviews. Keep up the good work Chaparral.

In town for a short while and my daughter is a regular and I needed a last minute cut. Was very accommodating and walking in was met with great enthusiasm. Over all a great experience.
