This place is awesome and fast with super service. Being on the West side, as well as staying open past 5pm is very convenient. Only problem with giving it the five star review it deserves is the lines will get longer, but i am sure this place can handle long lines really well. Thanks Chaparral, stay awesome!

To have registration done was easy and the staff were very friendly and helpful! Would not recommend for insurance, we had to go another day without a vehicle because the insurance person needed to leave for a personal appointment, and was not pleasant to deal with.

I had a great experience at Chaparral W. Lethbridge. Went in today for car registration and driver's license renewal. The lady that assisted me (I think she's the manager, didn't catch her name) was very helpful and efficient. She noticed that my driver's license renewal is coming up, so I decided to renew it too today. Got two things done all in one visit, thanks to her. I so appreciate her help. I highly recommend Chaparral to anyone needing their service.
