Extraordinary service!! I'm from BC and needed help with registering and insuring my late father's vehicle. I chose Chaparral because of all the great reviews they had. I'm so glad I did! There were many different options, and the situation was complex (due to different regulations in BC and Alberta), but Chance and Ricki were incredibly helpful. Chance went out of his way, constantly thinking outside the box to try to help save me money. Considering how much of their time I took (both on a long phone call a couple of days before arriving in Lethbridge, plus the time I spent at their office), it's clear that they really put customer service first. I highly recommend them.

Very efficient

The best experience I've ever had with a registry. Every one of the staff are wonderful and welcoming. I was there recently for a Class 6 road test, and everyone went out of their way to put me at ease. It's been many, many years since I last did a road test and Jeff, the examiner, made sure I was completely comfortable before getting into the test. He gave me some great advice on a few road rules I was rusty on, and was also very patient when I had some audio problems.
