Very friendly and efficient service

Super fast here, I was jn and out within 5 minutes. The staff is super amazing. They have a cool little tablet where you sign in and sends you text messages. Job well done!!

I moved to Lethbridge in 2021 and the service at Chaparrel has been exceptional! The manager Ricki is first class! She has gone above and beyond to help both myself and my family members.

The sign up upon arrival was easy to use and the staff member that helped me was extraordinarily friendly and helpful!

I hardly had time to sit down before my name was called which is so nice to see. I expected to wait a very long time but that definitely was not the case. Staff were extremely courteous, helpful, and kind with the one lady even walking me to the back area to speak to an insurance broker. Also having an insurance broker inside the building is a genius idea that I've never seen in Ontario where I'm from. The broker was just as fantastic as the lady at the registry and quoted me a rate of 50$ less than my current insurance company quoted me. I will definitely be using this facility for as long as I live in Lethbridge and the people in Alberta should be very proud of the exceptional customer service that they provide at every single business I've been to in this entire area. I'm blown away by the respect I've been given at this facility and the registry offices in Ontario should be forced to take lessons about customer service from these people because my experience here was absolutely perfect and exceptional in every way.
