I highly recommend this place if you’re going to take your road test, I believe it was Lorie who did my class 5 exam she was so kind and patient. She made me feel comfortable throughout the test. And the staff who helped us is very nice too. 5/5 for this place!

Excellent and much better customer service!! As compared to mayor magrath Dr south lethbridge! I live 3 miles away from south registery but the staff including their manager have really terrible attitude… that’s why I prefer to go to west.

Had a great experience taking my road test here with Lori. She was very polite, professional and fair. Throughout my examination she chatted with me and definitely made me feel comfortable. Following the test she gave me great feedback and made sure I understood all the corrections. Passed my road test first try and would recommend everyone to go here for a fair test.

I was number 7 in the queue and was served and out of there in less than 10 minutes. Very impressive.

I am so happy that I came to chaparral registry for my class 5 because my first 2 attempts was in McKillop insurance and the lady there was super rude with me but in chaparral registry the lady who did my class 5 is lorrie I believe that’s how you spell it she was super nice like so nice and I can’t even explain how happy and thankful I am to have her she is the most incredible woman I ever meet. Please don’t go to the one in the north side McKillop because the lady barbra is super rude and they will make you redo the test even if you have few mistakes waste of time and money. And
