Exceptional service representative! She was kind, knowledgeable, caught an error, made a telephone call and gave me important information. Your computer reminder system needs fine tuning as it said that renewal was necessary when it was not needed for another whole year! Seems like a small thing to spend an hour going to a business, but not when a person is in chronic pain.

I’ve been in a few times and this time was no different. Always a smiling cheerful counter person. You are all to be commended. Thank you! Just prior I was just in a different office for medical testing and I noticed that both reception people there clearly would have rather been someplace else. Unfriendly and I would say grumpy faces. Again thank you for being different! It is refreshing!
