Went there this morning, shout out for actually being open on a Saturday!! It was pretty busy inside (about 8 people waiting) but with 3 employees working the wait time went by fast. Staff are friendly, inside was clean and when you walk-in you register so nobody can line jump and people are served in order of arrival.

Guy at the front was very kind!!

I have visited couple of times. The service was speed and staff were polite and respectful. I have visited again for a new auto insurance recently and my overall experience was beyond my expectation. I was struggling with higher insurance premium and restriction in few coverages from the insurance providers due to the prevailing situation of Alberta Insurance Industry. Giulie Puzzuoli was approachable with all my questions and helped me to get a competitive all coverage policy to my new vehicle on the same day! I would recommend her without any doubt!

Instead of standing on line you sign in and have a seat waiting to be called. We were 8th in line, took less than 10 minutes to be called. Service was fast and agent was extremely friendly. Best service in town

I only had to wait 2 minutes to be assisted by a lovely young lady. She explained everything that she was doing, was friendly and a pleasure to talk to.
