I went in several times and interacted with several staff. I found the staff friendly, helpful and as sweet a the lollipops they offer!

Had a good experience here. The check in process is new to me though. The woman behind the counter was nice and informative.

Been a couple of times. The service is good. Friendly even. The first time the automated queue system was a bit wonky (said I was at a window when someone else was still there, then called the next person ahead of me). Second time I had an expired insurance form, and expected to be sent away; instead the woman called my insurance agent, had them fax a copy of my insurance, and it was all taken care of in 5 minutes - amazing service!

Knowledgable and friendly. Always willing to help and go the extra mile. Great place.

I do like their texting feature for waiting in line. You use your phone to sign in when you get there (the number is on a big sign on the wall) and they will call you up. Last time I was there the wait time was approximately 4 minutes and I waited twenty minutes, but they had free WIFI. Also it costs 3% more if you use your credit card, I assume that is what they have to pay the credit card company.
