I think the store expirence was better than it use to be and you didn't get tired standing in line. You could sit down and wait for your name to be called.

After attempting to take the drivers exam at Lethbridge Licensing - with their instructor (whom is notorious for failing everyone and I'm convinced fails the vehicles so he can pocket a quick hundred bucks and not even do the test); it was a breath of fresh air speaking and dealing with ALL staff involved from start to finish at Chaparral! Point proven that sometimes waiting and paying a touch more is 100% worth it!! Thank you Chaparral for being so compassionate and professional!!
