Been a couple of times. The service is good. Friendly even. The first time the automated queue system was a bit wonky (said I was at a window when someone else was still there, then called the next person ahead of me). Second time I had an expired insurance form, and expected to be sent away; instead the woman called my insurance agent, had them fax a copy of my insurance, and it was all taken care of in 5 minutes - amazing service!

Knowledgable and friendly. Always willing to help and go the extra mile. Great place.

I do like their texting feature for waiting in line. You use your phone to sign in when you get there (the number is on a big sign on the wall) and they will call you up. Last time I was there the wait time was approximately 4 minutes and I waited twenty minutes, but they had free WIFI. Also it costs 3% more if you use your credit card, I assume that is what they have to pay the credit card company.

It was the fastest experience I've ever had when we talk about registry. Chaparral Registry's staffs are efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. My first visit with them was few months ago to update my info on my license, a filipino gentleman has helped me get through it with so much ease! Thank you sir! Then yesterday,me and my husband was helped by Gabi, shes very accommodating and knows what to ask before we can ask for it, she even offers us to even help in update our AB health card infos, before we ask for it. 1)Great service, The girl who dealt with me, helped calm my anxiety and made me feel at ease while she helped me. First time coming in I needed to get the right paperwork. So I left and had to come back. Luckily I got the same girl as before and the process went smoothly. Appreciate it so much! I will be back! She was a gem.
