There's not another registry as upbeat and organized as this one. They go above and beyond for great service. Lethbridge really needed this. Special thanks to Nuit for her excellent and professional help. I won't go anywhere else from now on. Please just put a sign over the check-in screen for the elderly. I've had to help several people get in queue.

Great customer service; quick and friendly!

My experience here was great, the staff was friendly and efficient and best of all they did not force me to wear a mask against my will! Thank you for that. I have shared that information publicly for everyone looking to support places who do not force ridiculous mandates on people.

Service was good except for one thing; the person doing the vehicle registration said "renewal is $93.00" I verbally confirmed this amount. She then took my credit card and swiped it, usually only the customer handles the card and gets an opportunity to confirm the amount. I was surprised to see the amount on the receipt was higher. Apparently you charge a 4% extra fee for using the credit card. AMA and other registry services do NOT charge an extra fee. There were no signs at the service desk alerting customers to this extra fee. I suggest you upgrade your equipment so that ONLY the customer handles the credit card and you are upfront about the charges. The big banks have received serious backlash over "hidden fees" your company is not immune to this.

The workers are very friendly and helpful. Even though it was busy I didn’t have to wait long.

Update 1/9/21 Another pleasant visit to Chaparral today ...just seems you know what you need to do to get something done in a friendly professional way ...go to Chaparral and meet their staff!! Efficiently quick and precise and no doubt about why you are dealing with these people. They know their business and do it right every time..with a smile and a feeling that they truly appreciate your business and they will always have mine. Great people make great business ..and this is a great business!! ..see you again soon.
