Went in to renew Registration. Kiosk was convenient to be put in waiting list. Wait time was way off though. I was 7th in line with a estimated wait time of 5 minutes. That was not a reasonable estimated wait time. I waited more than 15 minutes before having my name called. It was a busy time before close and the ladies there were patient and polite despite the long line of customers.

I thought the system you have in place to ensure clients received effective and efficient assistance and timely access to services is excellent. Because I knew where I was on the service access line up and at what time I could see a customer services representative. The computerized system you have is user friendly and ensures customers satisfaction.

This time was pretty simple with just getting address changed and plate registered. In and out pretty quick. No complaints. To reply to your reply....based on this visit alone probably should have been 5 stars. There was some additional follow up by your insurance staff as well that got taken care of nicely. Some past stuff maybe that still stuck in the craw but that person is jot with you anymore and thee hasnt been any issues since. Curre t staff is very polite and friendly and seem very competent

The people that work here are so lovely and helpful, they seriously brighten my day everytime I go in for what otherwise would be a chore. And they are always super fast.

Did my drivers test today and the instructor that I got was SO friendly. His gentle and cheery tone really helped me calm down after a somewhat stressful start to the day. Quick service and friendly staff. I definitely would recommend this place for people taking their road test. :)

A nice change of pace to see a company like this embracing technology. Being able to just text my name to the phone number given to save my spot on the waiting list is extremely nice. The staff were quick and the entire process was handled very professionally.
