Very helpful and positive

Went to pay a photo radar ticket at "lethbridge registration" they said they couldn't. Because she needed the original hard copy paperwork. And all I had was a email copy. So I left and called "chaparral registration " . They said they can do it no problem! All they did was send my email copy to themselves and printed it off. Thanks chaparral! Your the true problem solver here!

Super fast , very sweet customer service!

Efficient and kind. The process to sign in online and wait for your turn is a nice touch. The lady was kind and efficient and clarified things when questions were asked. It was forgotten to ask about address labels and whether one; the client, wanted to register to be a blood doner; incentives/partners with Alberta Health when you renew or register license(s).

Very friendly, fast, and helpful.

I've been going to Chaparral quite frequently since October 2020. All staff that I've dealt with has been very pleasant. Yesterday, I was in and saw outstanding management skills towards other staff. It was such a great working environment. Laughs were to be had with all the staff and smiles were everywhere! I know it can be stressful working in a registry office so seeing management interact with the staff in such a positive way needs to be acknowledged. I look forward to continuing our business with Chapparal :)

My favorite registry office. Only one I'll go to in the city even if I didn't live on the West. Everyone is very friendly, professional and willing to help. Always in and out in a timely manner.

The female agent was very patient and cheerful when dealing with my elderly father who was not feeling well and consequently was impatient and gruff throughout the process of transferring a license plate. Outstanding service!
