Great customer service; quick and friendly!

My experience here was great, the staff was friendly and efficient and best of all they did not force me to wear a mask against my will! Thank you for that. I have shared that information publicly for everyone looking to support places who do not force ridiculous mandates on people.

Service was good except for one thing; the person doing the vehicle registration said "renewal is $93.00" I verbally confirmed this amount. She then took my credit card and swiped it, usually only the customer handles the card and gets an opportunity to confirm the amount. I was surprised to see the amount on the receipt was higher. Apparently you charge a 4% extra fee for using the credit card. AMA and other registry services do NOT charge an extra fee. There were no signs at the service desk alerting customers to this extra fee. I suggest you upgrade your equipment so that ONLY the customer handles the credit card and you are upfront about the charges. The big banks have received serious backlash over "hidden fees" your company is not immune to this.

The workers are very friendly and helpful. Even though it was busy I didn’t have to wait long.

Update 1/9/21 Another pleasant visit to Chaparral today ...just seems you know what you need to do to get something done in a friendly professional way ...go to Chaparral and meet their staff!! Efficiently quick and precise and no doubt about why you are dealing with these people. They know their business and do it right every time..with a smile and a feeling that they truly appreciate your business and they will always have mine. Went in to renew Registration. Kiosk was convenient to be put in waiting list. Wait time was way off though. I was 7th in line with a estimated wait time of 5 minutes. That was not a reasonable estimated wait time. I waited more than 15 minutes before having my name called. It was a busy time before close and the ladies there were patient and polite despite the long line of customers.
