Absolutely the best in customer service!! We (my family and I) left a different insurance brokerage because they had very poor customer service. No effort to go the extra mile for their clients and always doing the minimum for us. Since moving my own insurance to chaparral, I have had their complete dedication to finding me the best rate and actually negotiating on my behalf for an even better deal.
