This registry office is very fast and efficient even when very busy. There were 10 people ahead of me and the wait time was only 20 mins, they also have an app that will update your wait time. I was pleased with my service.

The service at this location is absolutely unreal. Every single person there is so friendly, they get you in and out so quickly you almost don’t even believe it could be that fast and efficient. But it is! From the moment you walk in the door you are met with smiles and professionalism. I have had to go in three times in the last week or so.. I won’t go into full detail but the wonderful insurance broker Giulie deserves the most giant shout out. I was having a ridiculously hard day (hard life but we won’t go there LOL)and took it out on her, I had to go back in for services again, she accepted my apology with grace, and even gave me a hug. I left in tears. Kindness isn’t always found so easily these days, but it definitely exists within this office. I felt sick for being so rude to her. But I left that office today feeling a little more human and a lot less of a walking disaster because of her forgiveness, willingness to still help me, and if I could give a million stars I would! Amazing service all around. Thank you 🙏 ♥️

great place to get yourself a license. they have great staff that are attentive to the general needs of the public, and they are very efficient even though there can be some longer wait times depending on the time of day and amount of people in there at a time

Big shout out to Leanna who helped me and my hubby today, past closing time on a Saturday. Just bought a vehicle and were rushing to get it registered. She was quick, efficient, and super friendly. After moving to Lethbridge after many years abroad, I found the Chaparral Registry office to be friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They were able to quickly advise me as to obtaining an Alberta driver's license and enrolled my family in Alberta Health Insurance for immediate effect.

Quick service. There was a large group being served at the time so initially told my wait would be >20 min but they managed to sneak me in between the group members which I appreciated! Just make sure you sign in as soon as you arrive to get in the queue!

The staff were so helpful. I asked if there was a security camera as I thought someone had taken my wallet. A male employer took me to view what was on the video security screen. He was very helpful and patient. Unfortunately I don't remember his name. He sensed that I was upset . Fortunately I found my wallet. Thank you staff for all of your help and concern!! I phoned in right away to let them know.
