Super customer service, and there was a lovely Spanish speaking latina woman who was efficient and amiable, forgive me, I don't recall her name. It was a wonderful opportunity to practice my Spanish and she was a super representative of Chaparral. It's also commendable for the Chapparal Registry and Insurance to have a bilingual Spanish/English speaker servicing the community, particularly when we have so many new Spanish speaking members of the Lethbridge community. If you are new to Lethbridge or Canada and would prefer service in your native tongue of Spanish, I highly recommend Chapparal for your vehicle registration and insurance needs.

Absolutely the best in customer service!! We (my family and I) left a different insurance brokerage because they had very poor customer service. No effort to go the extra mile for their clients and always doing the minimum for us. Since moving my own insurance to chaparral, I have had their complete dedication to finding me the best rate and actually negotiating on my behalf for an even better deal. My kids are now moving their insurance to chaparral. I would recommend them to everyone... and I do!! Every opportunity I get I tell people to switch to this brokerage. Knowledgeable and dedicated!!!
