Rikki ROCKED!!! With all the panic going around she was so awesome and so helpful. I had to get my birth certificate and license the same day and she was so patient, friendly and just all around AMAZING!! Thank you Rikki I look forward to the next time I need to come in. 5 stars for Chaparral

Went in to get some help with renewing a healthcare card. Staff made the process easy and were very professional. I will be going there from now on with all my registration and insurance needs.

Been in twice in the last month and the service has been great. Both times there have been no lines to wait in which was nice.

Pretty decent place to go. Staff is quite pleasant. Though I do have a complaint. For the learner's test, it says on their website: Please bring one of the following: Original Birth Certificate Passport Permanent Resident Card Canadian Citizenship Card Since it mentions that these are for "ID" purposes, my daughter brought her U.S. Passport. The assumption being that the "ID" is only for identifying the individual taking the test. The person who helped her that day accepted the U.S. Passport - however, she failed the learner's test so we went back. Okay, fine. So we show up with the same I.D. and are told that they cannot accept a U.S. Passport. Apparently the first person who helped us was remiss in accepting it and we should have brought a Canadian ID. Okay, fair enough - that TOTALLY makes sense. But that is NOT what it says on the website (although I was assured that it did indeed state this). It does not state "Canadian passport" OR "Original Canadian birth certificate". Since this lack of specificity can be misinterpreted to mean "ANY passport" because technically your passport (regardless of origin) is an official piece of ID, the fact that it has to be CANADIAN should specified on the website so as to avoid future problems.

Ryan was very knowledgeable and helpful. He welcomed us right away and was able to take care of us as soon as we walked in the store. No line up and great service!

Quick and simple service

3 stars is an average. First time was a 5 star as they were great and helped me 5 mins before closing. Second time was a 2 star. I had my father in law with a Quebec licence that needed to be changed to an Alberta one. We had all the IDs requirement but they forced me to get it translated even if it is in French and it actually is Canada’s OFFICIAL language!!! They told me to go on their website and it costs $100 for the translation! Not satisfied with that NON-SENSE, I went to another registry in down town Lethbridge and the license change was done within 15 min with no translation needed. They even said that it is strange that Chaparral registry asked for a translation as Canada is bilingual. It isn’t like the license is in Spanish, Chinese or other foreign language!

Our daughter took her learners here today and the staff was so awesome to her. Very helpful and so willing to have it be a great experience for her. Gave her noise blockers and our daughter felt that's what really helped her to pass. Highly recommend to take your kids here for their learners.

Professional and clean registry. Honestly the best registry I have ever been to in Alberta. Employees are calm, helpful, and professional.

Often times when you call places for help with a obscure business problem, not many people know how to help or answer your questions. From the first phone call I made, the service was prompt, friendly & knowledgeable. I was referred to Rikki and she was amazing at getting me the information I needed in a timely manner. I really appreciated all that she did for me, she exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Went in today, Saturday Aug 10 and WOW. 2 employees and 10 people in line. Why would they only have 2 people working when they are the only registry open after 3 The two ladies working were Awesome! Always smiling with each customer and polite. They made the long wait bearable.

I've been here several times for licencing, health care updates, and getting married, and every time I've been helped right away by the very friendly staff! No complaints at all!
