Short waiting times and great service!!!

Awesome service travel 30 minutes just to go to the. even though theres one right down the street from us been going here for a while and nothing but good to say about them

Friendly service , short wait times , the staff explained everything to me clearly. Here for a road test and forgot to bring the vehicle registration papers, the staff kindly suggested to reprint for a fee , saved us a lot of headache. Friendly road test examiner

I am so glad there is finally a registration on the west side! They have been extremely helpful every time I go in. On top of everyone being helpful and nice the office is very clean.

Went to register my vehicle and get a license plate. The location is 5/5 for cleanliness. The people working were nice. The service was quicker than any other place I’ve been in Lethbridge, due to no lineups. I only have one legitimate reason to not give a 5 star rating. When I got there, the one free agent said that she would help me in 2 seconds. 3 minutes later I was still standing there. If you say you will be with a customer in 2 seconds, you should be with them in at least 20 seconds. Another agent was able to finish with another customer, tell me he’d be with me in a minute, and was with me in about 20 seconds. He was very pleasant and told me to write a review, which is good business practice to get known by the public.

I was just in this business for a Drivers abstract and it is very clean and they seem well organized. I think there was a new employee as he was asking questions from the clerk that helped me and it was nice to see her answer him in a polite and courteous manner... Good teamwork ! My clerk (Clerk 05) was extremely helpful and although did not have to, she went above and beyond in printing me a coupleof extra copies. I am happy to see the registry on this side of the river as it is extremely convenient and with the exceptional service I recieved today, I will definately return for all my registry needs...
