Employee Spotlight: Rikki Kreutz
Meet Rikki Kreutz, Registry Manager at CHAPARRAL REGISTRY AND INSURANCE. Rikki started her four and half years ago and has a very bright future ahead.
It’s tough to put into words Rikki’s importance, but the reason we’re featuring her on our blog this month is to showcase our appreciation for her efforts. Rikki has quite the reputation amongst employees who know her as well as among our clients.
What makes Rikki unique is that she is always looking for ways to help our customers, and increase their satisfaction when coming into the office. She’s constantly been given compliments by our clients who drive across the city just to come to our registry office because they know that Rikki will take care of them. Being the office manager she has set a high standard for all employees to reach for, while still being a great friend to all.
She's always looking for ways to make the lives of those she reports to easier and more efficient. She's always looking for ways to grow and improve herself and others she comes in contact with.
Rikki brings consistency and professionalism to the office. We know that if there is something new that needs to be learned, Rikki will learn it quickly and then teach it to all staff. If there are things that need fixed or addressed Rikki has no problem addressing and correcting the concern. She's a leader in our office and takes on many tasks to lighten the load of her superiors. She is someone you can trust and count on to get things done.
Recently we had a client who was stuck at home unable to go anywhere and she desperately needed some documents. Rikki offered to drive over to the client's home and assist and deliver the documents on her lunch break. This is just one of the many ways Rikki shows that she values our clients.
It;s clear that Rikki has genuine care and love for CHAPARRAL REGISTRY AND INSURANCE, and we absolutely love the integrity with which she works.
When we asked her about why he loves working with us, she smiled and said: “We work as a team, that's why it works!”
